Information we collect
When you place an order, our payment provider collects the contact, payment, billing, and shipping information needed to process and deliver it. Thrilly retains order details needed for fulfillment and support.
How we use it
We use your information to process purchases, ship products, communicate order updates, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our ads lead to visits and completed pre-orders, and to optimize our advertising. For visitors outside regions that require cookie consent, Google and Meta receive a cookie identifier when you visit, plus the order total, currency, and order number when a pre-order is completed — no names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses are shared with them for this purpose. Visitors in regions where cookie consent is legally required do not receive this measurement. You can opt out of Google's personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com and Meta's at facebook.com/adpreferences.
